Try and avoid claiming walkovers. It is very unsatisfactory, and can lead to acrimony.
However if it is genuine, then the player claiming the walkover will receive 5 points.
You can now email your opponent, and record your scores by using In-Zone's on-line League System.

Once you are logged into the system, find the league that you are in, and click on your name. You will then be asked to enter your username and password.
Your username = your first name and surname without a space in between (e.g. FredBloggs)
Your password = your SQ Club membership number (e.g. SQ65)

People who don't play, deprive the other players in their League a game, and the more you play, the better you will become.
Don't leave most of your matches to the last week, find out when your opponents are available, and book courts early.
Because there are now 8 (or 7) players in the leagues, at the end of every league session,
the three players with the highest points will be promoted, and the three players with the lowest points will be demoted,
apart from leagues 1 and 2 where four players will be demoted from league 1 to be replaced by four players from league 2.
